One thing that I have done to reduce anxiety is to eat a healthy diet. Honestly, its really difficult to do but its well worth it. instead of having a constant worrying feeling and a tightness in my body I generally feel relaxed and that I have a better abled body to cope with the anxiety when it strikes. Having cut out sugar and caffeine completely my brain feels calmer and my thoughts are alot clear and easier to manage which has reduced my anxiety alot.

Thank you so much for posting this video. You are very brave for doing so. There are so many people who have insecurities, shyness etc, who would be afraid to even post these. Thank you again

first off. thank you for understanding an posting it like you said its so hard to explain it, especialy to someone who doesnt understand it. i cant find anyone near me that does get it… medication has help me, i tried so many diffrent kinds. but my main concern was i didnt want to just always have to take something? so im perscribed medication for “as needed” situations n such… i hope your doin better it was awhile ago when you posted this, but still it rarley jus drifts away.

I suffered with this for years, exactly the way you described. I had to force myself to go out more and physically change in a way where I felt more comfortable. I also helps when you hang out with people that relate to your interests and are fun to screw around with.
